Intention to Cancel Enrolment
If you do not resolve any outstanding issues relating to your student fees account, your enrolment may be cancelled. This will result in termination from your course, and loss of access to associated services, such as your student email, as well as access to OASIS and eStudent.
How will I know if I have an Intention to Cancel Enrolment alert?
The Intention to Cancel Enrolment alert will appear on the welcome tab of your OASIS once a relevant sanction had been placed on your student account. This sanction warns you that your enrolment is at risk of being cancelled and provides the reason of why your student fees account is not in order. An Official Communication will also be sent to you, informing you of how to avoid the cancellation.
How can I stop the cancellation?
You will need to follow the instructions in the alert and read your Official Communication closely.
What if I have already paid my fees?
If you believe a mistake has been made, contact Student Administration and Fees immediately.
