Brief Summary

Graham is currently an Adjunct Professor in the School of Education. Graham has taught at the postgraduate level in the areas of Educational Leadership and Curriculum Theory in units focusing on Educational Innovation and Change, School Improvement,Teacher Professional Development, Curriculum Theory, Educational Leadership and Educational Policy Studies. He has undertaken research and publication in the areas of Change Management and School Improvement and in School Culture and Student Engagement.  Graham has also been involved in consultancy in the areas of school improvement, educational leadership, middle schooling and program evaluation.

Employment History

Graham commenced at Curtin in 1993 as a Lecturer in Educational Leadership and Curriculum.  He was promoted to Senior Lecturer in 1995 and took on the role of Postgraduate Coordinator within the Faculty of Education.  In 1998 Graham was appointed Associate Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Education, a position he held until 2002. In January 2003 af a restructure of the Division of Humanities Graham was appinted Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Education, Language Studies and Social Work (FELSSW) .  This very large Faculty also included the Centre for International English with all their pre-tertiary programs. After serving in this position for five and a half years, a further restructure reconfigured the organizational structure and re-established the School of Education.  Graham is currently Adjunct Professor within the School of Education.
