Brief Summary

I am a radio astronomer with a particular interest in pulsars and very long baseline interferometry (VLBI). I started off using VLBI to measure Pulsar distances and proper motions to 1) use them as test particles in the potential of a globular cluster; and 2) trace their trajectories back to their birth location. Currently, I am using the effects of the interstellar medium on pulsar emission to try and map out the emission region of pulsars.

Most recently, I have become involved in commissioning the tied-array beam of the Murchison Widefield Array (MWA).
