Managing Spam (Junk Mail)
Spam is the electronic version of junk mail. Unsolicited email messages that are usually attempting to sell you a product or service may turn up in your email inbox from time to time.
By default, junk email filtering is enabled on all mailboxes in Student Email (Outlook Live). You are able to further manage some spam settings for your own personal mailbox. You are able to configure lists of Safe Senders, whose email should never be treated as spam, and Blocked Senders, whose email should always be treated as spam.
