My Finances

The My Finances tab allows you to view details of your current fee debts and payments. Online payments are not available through eStudent, please see How to Pay.

My eInvoice

An eInvoice is an electronic version of your tax invoice. The eInvoice will replace your hard copy tax invoice that was previously sent out to your postal address. The eInvoice also acts as a Statement of Account and will show all your current outstanding debts for the study periods you are enrolled in. See the eInvoice FAQs for more information.

You will receive an alert on the Welcome tab in OASIS approximately 28 days prior to the start of each study period. The alert will be removed once you have downloaded your eInvoice. However, you can access your eInvoice at any time by following the instructions below.

To generate your eInvoice:

  • Go to the My Studies tab and click on eStudent,
  • Select the My Finances tab.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
  • Click on the email my eInvoice button. This will then send a copy of the eInvoice to your Curtin student email account in OASIS.
